Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work (property management experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
- Customer-oriented with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Maintain and update tenant records, contracts, and property documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, billing statements, and correspondence
- Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries, concerns, and documentation
- Monitor and follow up on lease-related requirements (renewals, contracts, permits, etc.)
- Support coordination of maintenance requests and service schedules
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in concerns related to property administration
- Assist in inventory and record management of office and property-related supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property management procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
