Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Contractual) to support HR services operations, particularly in payroll processing and employee data management. This role will assist with payroll-related tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate HR data management while supporting overall HR administrative functions.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid (4x onsite/RTO per month)
  • Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Manila Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR services operations, including payroll-related processes
  • Process and monitor payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personal files
  • Assist with data entry for new hires and employee information updates in HRIS
  • Respond to HR service requests through internal systems
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data
  • Support HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of payroll processing experience (required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset
