Admin Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Contractual) to support HR services operations, particularly in payroll processing and employee data management. This role will assist with payroll-related tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate HR data management while supporting overall HR administrative functions.
Work Setup
- Hybrid (4x onsite/RTO per month)
- Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Manila Time
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR services operations, including payroll-related processes
- Process and monitor payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personal files
- Assist with data entry for new hires and employee information updates in HRIS
- Respond to HR service requests through internal systems
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data
- Support HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience (required)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset
