Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Preparation: Organize daily call lists and prepare agendas or materials to ensure all participants are informed.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars and set up meetings with clients and teams, handling all adjustments or cancellations.
  • Reporting & File Management: Prepare performance metric reports and maintain organized, accessible virtual filing systems.
  • General Administration: Oversee daily admin tasks, including email correspondence and efficient calendar management.
