Bachelor's/College Degree, Business, Administration, Management, Secretarial or Office Administration.
Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in management / office clerical work.
Candidate must be willing to work in Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City.
Responsibilities
Maintain computer and manual filing system of General Services Department.
Receive and request a correspondence from other department.
Provide information by answering question and request.
Prepare monthly reports to General Services Manager.
Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
Maintain up to date records of vehicle fleet and IT assets.
Coordinates with suppliers and service providers for any defective/ requirements for office furniture and fixtures, computers, mobile phones, IT services.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Junior Manager.
