Your Role
As An AU Admin Assistant, You Are Responsible For
- Data Entry
- Issuing invoices
- Data entry for sold contracts
- Following up deposits
- Order certificates
- Obtaining rates updates following up if properties have sold
- Other adhoc duties
Qualifications And Experience
- 1–3 years of administrative experience; training will be provided
- Australian (AU) experience is preferred but not required
- A background in Real Estate or Property Management is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Highly professional with good work ethics
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Tri-Convey is preferred but not required
