Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Admin & Facilities

Governance Supervisor to oversee administrative and facilities operations with a strong

focus on governance, ISO compliance, and audit readiness. This role ensures that

policies, processes, and facilities-related activities meet internal controls, regulatory

requirements, and international standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance frameworks for administrative and facilities

operations in line with ISO standards and company policies

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, health & safety

requirements, and internal controls

• Lead and support ISO-related activities, including documentation control, internal

audits, external audits, and corrective action management

• Prepare audit evidence, track non-conformities, and monitor closure of corrective

and preventive actions

• Develop, review, and update policies, SOPs, manuals, and process

documentation

• Oversee facilities operations, vendor compliance, service contracts, and SLAs

• Identify governance and operational risks; maintain risk registers and action

plans

• Prepare compliance, audit, and governance reports for management review

• Act as primary liaison with auditors, certification bodies, and external

stakeholders

• Conduct governance, ISO, and audit awareness training for relevant teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management,

Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in administrative governance, facilities management,

compliance, or audit-related roles

• Hands-on experience with ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 31000 -2018, etc.

preferred)

• Experience supporting or leading internal and external audits

• Strong background in documentation control, policy development, and corrective

action management.

Preferred Certifications

• ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent audit training

• Occupational Health & Safety certification advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and audit principles

• Excellent documentation, analytical, and reporting skills

• High attention to detail with a structured, risk-based mindset

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
