Collates data and facilitates the clinic annual check-up of members as follows:
- Decks and schedules the members with a clinic ACU Provider after validation
of membership eligibility, ACU packages, tests and procedures
- Sends the endorsement letters to the clinic ACU Provider within the
turnaround time of two days
- Encodes the eligible members for clinic ACU in the Payorlink system
- Monitors the release and delivery of the annual check-up results within the
agreed turnaround time after compliance with the non-disclosure
agreement, reference the Data Privacy Act
- Reviews data, prepares and submits report on post-availment customer
feedback survey
- Follows up results of the concluded annual check-up and submits tabulated
summary report
Checks compliance to Maxicare's standards, i.e. documentary requirements
including permits/licenses and work processes. Collates data, prepares and submits
report accordingly
