Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large datasets
  • Build and maintain actuarial models and complex calculations
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
  • Reconcile and validate data to ensure accuracy
  • Create queries, reports, and summaries for analysis and reporting
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality
  • Maintain databases and data systems
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, statistics, and databases
  • Experience working with large datasets and reports
  • Ability to write queries, create reports, and clearly explain findings

Required:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word

Nice to Have:

  • SQL and/or Python
  • VBA
  • R or SAS
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects)
  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Operations Research
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
