Drives the Mobile Postpaid business growth by developing pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies that grow the subscriber base and increase revenue.
Functions
- Researches the postpaid mobile landscape to surface pricing gaps, competitive threats, and promotional opportunities.
- Plans and executes brand-specific postpaid strategies, including pricing architecture and promotional calendars.
- Develops and executes budgeted campaigns, pricing promotions, and incentive structures to hit acquisition, revenue, and satisfaction targets.
- Tracks competitor pricing, offers, and promotions, converting findings into recommendations that strengthen brand positioning.
- Recommends pricing tiers, brand positioning, and value propositions that capitalize on the prepaid-to postpaid migration opportunity.
- Monitors industry trends, regulatory shifts, and KPIs to anticipate market changes and guide pricing and promotional decisions.
- Combines internal data and customer research to build compelling, competitively priced value propositions for target segments.
- Equips Sales and Customer Experience teams with current pricing, promotional toolkits, and product content to drive subscriber engagement.
- Aligns with Product Marketing and Brand Communications to deliver postpaid pricing and promotional launches on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Supports the Postpaid Product Manager in executing programs that grow the subscriber base, improve ARPU, and increase adoption of value-added services.

Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, pricing, promotions, or marketing—preferably in the telecommunications or mobile industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel for pricing and performance projection modelling is an advantage
