Reporting to: Consumer Activation Manager

Duty Post: Greater Manila Area (South)

Activation Lead

The Activation Lead supports the Consumer Activation Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for on-premise channels such as HoReCa (HRC), Leisure, and Designated Smoking Area (DSA) within assigned zones and territories. Manage consumer campaigns to drive brand awareness, encourage trials, boost repurchases, and reward loyalty.

What you will do:

Activation Strategy:

  • Assist in creating marketing plans for assigned zones.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities.
  • Develop action plans to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Campaign Development:

  • Support the creation of consumer campaigns, including product launches and visibility initiatives.

Program Management:

  • Oversee deployment and implementation of activations.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Provide guidance to third-party agencies to ensure high-quality output.

Account Management:

  • Maintain relationships with key outlet owners and managers.

Campaign Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, feeding data into strategic reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong oral & written communication, data gathering, insights analysis, and problem-solving
  • Campaign execution, program compliance, and consumer acquisition focus
  • Experience in project monitoring, sales operations, in-trade execution, and budget management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of digital tools
  • Drivers license (B1 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers license
