FMN Industrial Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Acting Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our motorcycle dealership branches across NCR, South Luzon, and Bulacan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple dealership branches within the assigned region.
- Ensure branches achieve monthly sales, collection, and profitability targets.
- Monitor branch performance through regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and their respective teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Warehouse, and After-Sales departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory management, branch facilities, and overall operational standards.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained across all branches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in multi-branch operations, retail management, dealership operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the motorcycle, or financing, industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel frequently within NCR, South Luzon, and Bulacan.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
