Acquisitions Specialist

Pay: $4.00 to $7.00 per hour based on experience

Commission: 2% to 5% based on experience and performance

We're looking for an experienced Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate team and help us turn qualified leads into closed deals.

You'll be responsible for speaking with property owners, understanding their situation, negotiating offers, and moving qualified opportunities through the acquisition process.

This is a sales focused role for someone who is comfortable on the phone, knows how to build rapport quickly, and can confidently negotiate with sellers.

• Speak with property owners and qualified leads

• Build rapport and understand the seller's motivation and situation

• Qualify leads and determine whether they are a good fit for our acquisition criteria

• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers

• Follow up consistently with leads and active opportunities

• Make offers and help move deals toward contract

• Keep lead and deal information updated in our CRM

• Work closely with the acquisitions and operations team

• Hit daily activity and performance targets

• At least 3 years of sales experience

• Ideally, 1+ year of experience in real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, or a related field

• Strong English communication skills

• Confident and comfortable speaking with property owners over the phone

• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills

• Experience working with a CRM

• Self motivated and able to work independently

• Comfortable working US business hours

• Strong follow up and organizational skills

• Goal oriented and motivated by performance based compensation

• $4 to $7 per hour depending on experience

• 2% to 5% commission based on experience and performance

• Full-time remote position
