Job Summary
The Acquisition Officer for Credit Cards is primarily responsible for collaborating with branch partners to promote credit card sign-ups, corporate referral programs, and the uptake of Virtual Installment Cards to achieve Business Unit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the prompt and accurate processing of branch endorsements, reconsideration requests, and MIS reports for assigned areas or regions.
- Focus on efficient lead conversion and supports business growth through effective sales execution and strong branch relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has at least three (3) years of relevant experience in a financial institution, preferably in the credit card or personal loans department/division
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
- Ability to plan and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with superior follow-through capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to go on field work (as they may visit branches)
