Job Summary
The Acquisition Manager – Deployment is responsible for driving business growth by securing new clients within the Deployment and Agency Partner segments while ensuring strong account management and client retention. The role leads the Client Success team, strengthens partnerships through strategic engagement, and delivers on revenue and margin targets. It also plays a key leadership role in aligning teams, optimizing sales performance, and utilizing CTI tools to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Deployment and Agency Partner segments.
- Develop tailored proposals using CTI tools such as Aquarius and Astra.
- Conduct market research and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
Account Management & Client Retention
- Lead Client Success Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Act on client feedback to strengthen and enhance client relationships.
Leadership & Team Management
- Coach and motivate Client Success Managers to achieve performance goals.
- Promote collaboration across different business units.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across departments.
Performance & Revenue Management
- Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets across markets.
- Monitor KPIs and overall team performance.
- Support and contribute to incentive programs tied to results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in marine, corporate sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools is an advantage.
