Role Overview
The
Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving corporate client growth by leading
business development,
account management, and the
Client Success function. This role focuses on securing new partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and sustaining long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify, target, and close new corporate accounts
- Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with company services and solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Account Management & Client Success
- Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth transition of new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and guide the Client Success team
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize acquisition strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
