Job Summary
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts within the travel industry. The role focuses on business development, client retention, and revenue growth through strong relationship management and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities
- Develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Lead account management and ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct business reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, conversion, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and finance
- Lead and support client success teams to achieve business targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in travel industry or corporate travel solutions is an advantage
