Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Acquisition Manager. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential real estate investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing properties, negotiating purchase agreements, building relationships with property owners, and maintaining accurate records of acquisitions. The role involves managing the acquisition pipeline and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Experience in real estate investment, property acquisition, or sales
• Skills in market analysis, property evaluation, and data-driven decision-making
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Possession of a real estate license and familiarity with real estate laws and practices is a plus
• Past success in meeting sales or acquisition targets will be an advantage
