We are looking for a results-driven Acquisition and Growth Officer to join our Corporate Cash Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new partners while driving growth initiatives across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new partners across multiple sectors, including:
Banks and financing institutions
Fintech companies and e-wallets
Logistics and supply chain partners
Retail chains and enterprise merchants
Government and public sector organizations
- Generate leads through research, referrals, and industry networking
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective partners
- Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance) for seamless implementation
- Promote and position corporate cash solutions such as: ( Disbursements, bulk payments, collections, cash pick –ups)
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales targets
- Provide insights to improve acquisition strategies and conversion efficiency
- Manage contracts, agreements, and partner documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and partner records
- Prepare reports on acquisition progress, deal status, and revenue contribution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in: Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management, Client Management.
- Experience in handling contracts, documentation, or compliance processes is an advantage
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial services and cash solutions
