Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Transactions: Process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and billing invoices daily.
Project Costing: Monitor project-related expenses, logistics costs, and material delivery details.
Financial Reports: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and BIR tax compliance documents.
Documentation: Organize, scan, and file physical and digital accounting folders for internal audits.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related business course.
Experience: Proven work experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or payroll systems is highly preferred.
Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, data entry). Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) is a major plus.
Traits: Highly organized, honest, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Commute: Must be willing to work on-site in Antipolo City. (Candidates from Antipolo, Marikina, Pasig, or Cainta are highly encouraged to apply for a shorter commute).
