Job Title: Intermediary Partners Assistant - Accreditation

Reports to (Position of Immediate Superior): Intermediary Partners Operations Manager
Supervises (Positions of Subordinates): None
Primary Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the validation of correct and complete requirements submitted by the intermediary partner applicants
- Facilitates proper endorsement of applicants to the Training team
- Handles accurate decking to sales handlers and agency leaders
I. Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities done at PERIODIC or REGULAR Intervals
- Responds to intermediary partner applicants inquiries and requests related to accreditation through email, call, or text
- Validates requirements submitted by intermediary partner applicants
- Informs and follows up lacking requirements, if any
- Endorses list of applicant trainees to the Training team
- Sends out reminders to applicant trainees about their training schedule
- Follows up the submission of signed Service Agreement
- Sends out congratulatory emails to newly coded intermediary partners
- Provides the agency kits upon payment of the accreditation fee and registration completion
- Duties and Responsibilities done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals
- Filing of purchase request for collaterals that are below threshold
- Prepares Certificate of Accreditation

One year - Less than 3 years
