How will you contribute
Responsible for handling the day-to-day transactions of clients
Manages the documetation and compliance and ensures that all required information are updated
Generate collateral business and deposits from clients and promotes other services of the bank
Solicit new, quality clients
Packages credit accomodations, and gathers all pertinent documents for credit accommodations.
Monitors loan/TR maturities
Monitors activity of borrowing and non-borrowing accounts
What will make you successful
A graduate of any business and finance course.
Preferably with general banking experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must have with background in credit/financial analysis
Ability to speak Nihongo would be advantageous but not required
Knowledge of banking practices as well as regulatory policies, systems and procedures
Has the ability to conduct and facilitate meetings effectively and interact with top management
Can remain calm during uncomfortable interactions with a small group or when faced with stressful situations
Hardworking, organized and results/target-oriented
Must detail-oriented and have keen sense and initiative in developing better systems or guidelines
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint
