Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Process Delivery Specialist: Lead to Cash, you will manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to cash collection, requiring a deep understanding of various departments and systems involved in the process. You will drive efficiency and ensure seamless integration of processes across the organization, ultimately contributing to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage Complex Transactions: Handle complex transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This involves coordinating with multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Delivery, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Deliver Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute Project Management: Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Perform Order Management: Manage orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support Revenue Management: Contribute to revenue management, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implementing strategies to achieve this goal.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Graduates of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses
- Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles.
- Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
- Willing to be assigned in Naga City, Cam. Sur
- Night Shift (9PM - 6AM)
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Less than 1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Customer Service/AR support or handling customer inquiries is an advantage.
- Similar work experience of at least one year especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting.
