Accounts Receivable Team Lead

The position is fully onsite during training. Afterward, it will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Role Overview

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for assigned business units.
• Manage a small team of 1–3 AR Senior Specialists/Specialists.

Ensure accuracy, timely completion, KPI/SLA achievement, and compliance with finance controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
• Prior experience in a Finance Shared Services environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior team handling/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with international/multicultural teams is an advantage.
• CPA/Professional Accounting qualification is an advantage.
