Job Overview
The
Accounts Receivable Team Lead (Collections) is responsible for supervising daily collections and dispute resolution activities, ensuring
timely recovery of receivables and efficient issue handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team handling collections and dispute resolution processes
- Monitor aging reports, overdue balances, and collection effectiveness
- Support team members in resolving complex customer disputes
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements
- Assist in audit and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–7 years of AR/Collections experience
- 2–4 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies and dispute handling
- ERP/SAP experience preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
