Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Description

Makati Supermarket Corporation is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Supervisor to support accurate financial recording, account reconciliation, and efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate financial entries
• Monitor account reconciliation and the preparation of accounting reports
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting
• Monitor compliance with applicable tax regulations and VAT requirements
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address accounting concerns
• Guide and support accounting personnel to promote accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and manual financial entries
• Familiarity with SAP Business One
• Knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and account reconciliation
• Familiarity with tax compliance, and VAT-related transactions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills
