Job Summary
What you need to know about the job
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of customer invoices, collections, and payments. This role ensures that all customer billings are issued correctly, collections are monitored promptly, and revenue transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and customer agreements.
The AR Associate plays a key role in maintaining the companys cash flow and ensuring that receivables are collected on time to support production and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation, EWT, and VAT compliance.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong analytical and cost management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- High integrity and professionalism
Curious about the Work Schedule
- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (7am 6pm) and Friday (7am 4pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
