The Mission
You won't just be doing data entry. You'll be the engine behind our cash flow, ensuring our AR portfolio is lean, clean, and up to date.
- Take the lead on follow-ups and execute collection activities with precision.
- Interact daily with internal and external partners to resolve disputes and keep transactions moving.
- Host customer calls to untangle billing errors and account discrepancies before they cause delays.
- Maintain a pristine Customer Master database and ensure all Bill To info is spot-on.
Are You the One
- We're looking for a critical thinker with an inquisitive mind and a can-do attitude.
- The Experience: 1–3 years in AR/Collections. Bonus points if you know the world of subscription renewals!
- You're a wizard with Excel (Pivots are a must!) and have experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Avalara (Sales Tax).
- You thrive under pressure, love a good root-cause analysis, and can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
- You are an excellent communicator with an amicable personality who adapts easily to change.
