Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, billing, collections, or a related finance function is preferred
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payment application, reconciliation, and monitoring outstanding balances
- Accounting, finance, billing, collections, or AR internship/OJT experience is an advantage for fresh graduates
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain basic accounting concepts and processes
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to further develop spreadsheet skills
- Ability to understand and apply accounting procedures, follow established guidelines, and work independently when required
- CPA qualification is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Baguio
Responsibilities
- Process and record timely monthly condominium dues and assessments from homeowners
- Pursue resolutions for outstanding homeowner balances and collect other income streams
- Maintain assigned associations billing systems
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Perform account owner reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable files and records
- Assist in producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigate and resolve account irregularities or owner inquiries
- Provide training support to accounting team members
- Assist in general financial management and analysis
