Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, billing, collections, or a related finance function is preferred
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payment application, reconciliation, and monitoring outstanding balances
  • Accounting, finance, billing, collections, or AR internship/OJT experience is an advantage for fresh graduates
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain basic accounting concepts and processes
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to further develop spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to understand and apply accounting procedures, follow established guidelines, and work independently when required
  • CPA qualification is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Baguio

Responsibilities

  • Process and record timely monthly condominium dues and assessments from homeowners
  • Pursue resolutions for outstanding homeowner balances and collect other income streams
  • Maintain assigned associations billing systems
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Perform account owner reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable files and records
  • Assist in producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigate and resolve account irregularities or owner inquiries
  • Provide training support to accounting team members
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis
