A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As An Accounts Receivable Specialist, You Will
- Generate invoices for advertising, theatrical viewing, digital entertainment, and DVD sales.
- Dispatch invoices and statements to customers
- Reconcile customer accounts with ERP and voucher systems.
- Check and process customer claims.
- Create credits for returns and cancelations.
- Generate customer rebates, reconcile for payment or deduction.
- Allocate customer payments to accounts.
- Clear Bank statement daily and follow up outstanding credits.
- Follow up delinquent accounts for payment.
- Complete credit check for new customers
- Maintain customer master data.
- Resolve queries on customer accounts.
a Bit About You
SAP experience Preferred
AR Experience at least 1-2 yrs
Excel Skills
Multinational Experience
Experience working with Australian company financials is preferred but not essential
High degree of computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
