Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Remote, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to manage collections, payment allocations, and customer account reconciliations for a large-scale Australian client portfolio. You will manage collections across 5,000+ accounts, perform bank reconciliations, investigate payment discrepancies, and maintain clear records in MYOB and specialized CRM systems.
Your Impact
High-Volume Collections & Debt Management: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding debts via phone and email, maintaining detailed logs of debt collection activities and liaising with head office to resolve complex escalations.
Payment Allocation & Reconciliations: Accurately allocate customer payments within RM Live, perform daily and regular bank reconciliations in MYOB, and investigate payment discrepancies or customer account queries.
Customer Account Maintenance: Respond to daily customer account inquiries, issue duplicate invoices and statements, execute approved credit adjustments, and keep customer account details up to date.
Aged Receivables Monitoring: Analyze aged receivables reports, collaborate with management to identify strategies for long-overdue debts, and provide administrative support to the broader finance team.
What You Bring
Education & Credentials: Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
The Experience:At least 2 years of solid experience in an Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control role, ideally supporting Australian business practices.
Software Mastery: Bank reconciliation experience is essential; experience using MYOB is strongly preferred, along with intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the adaptability to learn new CRM platforms (such as ARS) and RM Live.
Core Competencies: Self-managing, highly organized, excellent telephone and written English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an easygoing, collaborative personality.
