Key Responsibilities
- Perform cash allocations by reviewing bank receipts and applying payments to the correct customer invoices.
- Use and learn practice management systems (e.g., Nookal) for billing and customer management.
- Experience with National Disability Scheme (NDS) billing or similar systems is a plus but not essential.
- Generate and manage timely customer invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile incoming payments against outstanding invoices.
- Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams for billing resolutions.
- Analyze accounts receivable reports and metrics for management.
Qualification And Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash allocations.
- Willingness to learn new systems and software.
- Experience with Nookal or similar practice management software is desirable but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles.
- History of optimizing accounts receivable cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of credit and collection management.
Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience handling accounts receivable.
- Proficient with accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
