Role purpose

Manage client accounts and debt recovery across tertiary, secondary, ELICOS, VET and foundation sectors, working closely with IDP overseas offices. Handle client queries, monitor aging reports, support invoicing, and ensure accurate financial and client records while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Work location: Quezon City, Manila

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and overseas offices to resolve account and debt-related queries
  • Monitor aging reports, collections, and debt recovery activities
  • Support invoicing, billing, and reporting processes
  • Ensure accuracy of client data in finance systems
  • Assist with dispute resolution and ensure client agreement compliance

Required Experience & Skills

  • Accounts receivable and debt collection experience
  • Experience with financial accounting systems (A/R module)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively

Desirable

  • Oracle EBS experience
  • Billing platform experience

Role purpose

To provide invoicing and debt recovery to IDP to enable the company to collect outstanding debts and ensure efficient operation of all IDP invoicing and accounts receivable processes, including ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and proactive collection activities.Work location: Quezon City, Manila
