About the role
You will lead clientfacing consulting or operational teams in hospital billing and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include managing billing operations, resolving claim edits, overseeing denial management and ensuring accurate collections across commercial, Medicare and Medicaid payers.
Key responsibilities
- Leadership: supervise hospital billing and AR teams; ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Billing operations: oversee claim submission, edit resolution and underpayment management for all payer types.
- Denial management: coordinate resolution of technical and clinical denials and underpayment/variance issues.
- Performance reporting: analyse KPIs, drive continuous improvement and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Project management: manage resource requirements, workflow design, budgets and stakeholder communications.
Musthave qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years experience leading consulting or operational teams in healthcare RCM.
- Expertise in US hospital and medical group AR management, billing operations and claim management for commercial, Medicare and Medicaid payers.
- Proven ability to manage hospital billing operations, denials and underpayments.
- Strong skills in performance reporting and continuous improvement within RCM.
- Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder communications.
