Accounts Receivable Manager

Drive cash flow performance and strengthen credit management as our next Accounts Receivable Manager.

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead our Accounts Receivable operations, oversee collections and credit control, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements that support the company's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, including billing, collections, account monitoring, and customer account management.
• Oversee credit evaluation activities, monitor customer exposures, and ensure compliance with approved credit policies.
• Review AR reconciliations, aging reports, and month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, address audit findings, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage, coach, and develop the AR team while driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
