Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Receivable Manager (Collections) to lead end-to-end
Collections and Disputes operations within our International Shared Services team. This role is critical in ensuring
cash flow optimization, dispute resolution efficiency, and service excellence while leading a high-performing team supporting ANZ markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end collections and disputes processes, ensuring timely cash application and issue resolution
- Drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous monitoring of aging and overdue accounts
- Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive customer disputes
- Lead and develop a high-performing collections team
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Support transition and migration activities into Shared Services
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
- 3–4+ years leadership experience
- Strong background in Collections, Dispute Management, and AR operations
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Experience in Shared Services or multinational environment
- Lean Six Sigma is a plus
