Role Description
Metacom Careers is seeking a full-time Mortgage Specialist for an exciting on-site role in Pasay. The Mortgage Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks related to mortgage applications, processing, and lending. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with mortgage products, conducting financial evaluations, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage applications. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year in Collections and knowledge of mortgage products and compliance regulations
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash transactions
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial advising principles
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with on-site client consultations and local market knowledge is a plus
