What You'll Do

  • Maintain organized and accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions such as payment postings, deposit handling, and credit memo preparation.
  • Investigate and process customer overpayments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and complete month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial reports within required deadlines.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all financial records and documentation.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Key Criteria


  • 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, including cash application.
  • Prior experience in cash receipts and customer refunds.
  • Candidates residing near BGC are preferred
  • Proficiency in Great Plains, Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and online tools.
  • Strong math ability (whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percentages, time).
  • Exceptional English Language communication; clear, accurate and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet strict deadlines.
  • A commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and team oriented mindset.

Work setup:


Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours (9pm - 6am PHT), with a full onsite model.
