Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Davao for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, accurately recording financial transactions, tracking and reconciling accounts receivable data, and assisting with general accounting tasks. The role also includes conducting analysis to improve financial processes and maintaining clear communication with clients regarding account balances and payment statuses.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing
• Proficient in Analytical Skills for tracking and reconciling accounts
• Excellent Communication skills to maintain professional client interactions
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing financial tasks
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools
• Understanding of industry-standard financial practices
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar position is an advantage
