About the Team

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for multiple manually billed accounts, cash application (end-to-end) and Accounts Receivable functions across all business sectors and countries supported by the Manila Shared Services and clerical services teams, ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Accounts Receivable Processor is required to comply with established policies and procedures at all times.


About the Role

• Process and Complete special billing activities for a range of key and strategic accounts
• Process daily cash receipts and reconcile NetSuite, ABR, and bank accounts
• Reconcile adjusted invoices and provide collectible Statements of Account to the Collections team for appropriate action
• Upload and post B2B, IoT, and RSP invoices in NetSuite and reconcile them against billed revenue
• Post and issue all approved manual invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal colleagues
• Resolve collection matters by reviewing customer payment history, posted invoice, and adjustment then coordinating with the Line Lead and to the Collections team as necessary
• Maintain a professional attitude during service delivery and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and update Statement Balances for Channel Partners commission purposes
• Manage and analyze cases through to resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
  
  

About You

Must-haves

• 2+ years of relevant Accounting experience
• Preferably an Accountancy degree graduate or equivalent in a Finance-related field
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to provide quality work under pressure
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations
• Good personality and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Team player and desire to work with diverse cultures in a global company
• Ability to use computer applications as required - Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
