As an AU Accounts Processing Administrator , you are responsible for:

• Processing accounts/invoices payable transactions. (Trade invoices, Utilities (electricity, water etc), Insurance policies, Body Corporates Fees, Council Rates etc)
• Entering invoices, information into the property management/accounting system.
• Processing tenant outgoings, recoveries and adjustments as directed.
• Maintaining accurate electronic records and filing.
• Responding to internal account enquiries.
• Supporting the administration team with general administrative duties as required.
• Ensuring all work complies with company procedures and relevant trust accounting requirements.
• A sound understanding of GST inclusive/GST exclusive when processing.
