Accounts Payable Supervisor - Hospitality or Food and Beverage Industry

NeoWork is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor!

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who has independently managed the full AP function We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable process, from invoice processing and GL coding to payment execution, accruals, and reconciliations, with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will make payment prioritization decisions based on cash flow, manage vendor and client communications, maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, and collaborate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience owning the full Accounts Payable function
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Hands-on experience with GL coding, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Background in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry
• Ability to independently manage vendor relationships, billing disputes, and client communications
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients across multiple time zones
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours
