About the Role

Dexterton Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily AP operations, ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end accounts payable operations
• Review and approve invoices, payment runs, and expense reports
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP aging and support cash flow planning
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo ERP system (required)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
