Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.
- Review, verify, and authorize Accounts Payable transactions in compliance with company policies and established procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and address payment inquiries, discrepancies, and account-related concerns promptly.
- Supervise the preparation and completion of account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and organizational policies to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Generate, review, and analyze Accounts Payable reports, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to Accounts Payable team members to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of the complete Accounts Payable cycle and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in invoice verification, three-way matching, payment execution, vendor account reconciliation, and month-end financial close activities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other comparable accounting platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with SAP CODES is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City under a hybrid work arrangement.
