Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible in overseeing the process of managing and paying the company's outstanding bills to vendors, ensuring timely payments, maintaining positive vendor relationships, and monitoring financial compliance by verifying invoice accuracy and approving payments before they are disbursed; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all company payments owed to suppliers.

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (or its equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
  • Familiarity with accounting system and MS Excel
  • Preferably with above average scholastic record
