Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a Brisbane-based, national award-winning studio specializing in luxury residential architecture and interior design

-Will follow Australian Time Zone

This role will accurately and efficiently process supplier and subcontractor payments, ensuring correct invoice matching, vendor compliance, and project cost coding across Autodesk,

BuildTrust, and Xero. The role supports strong financial control, timely payments, and compliance

with contractual and statutory requirements.

-Progress Claims, Retentions & Contract Compliance:

-Invoice, Delivery & Cost Code Matching:

-Subcontractor & Vendor Compliance:

-Variations, Back-Charges & Dispute Resolution.

-Job Costing & Financial Support:

- Process supplier and subcontractor payments in Xero.

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).

* 2+ years experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.

* Experience using any of the following: XERO or MS Suite or Autodesk Construction Cloud

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

* Preferably with construction or engineering or architecture or Property Management AU experience
