Job Overview
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Night Shift | Weekends Off
- Salary: PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000
- Work Setup: Hybrid | Clark, Pampanga (Onsite during the first 3 months, then hybrid upon successful evaluation/regularization.)
The Qualifications We Seek
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or general accounting
- Hands-on experience reviewing, coding, validating, and accurately entering invoices
- Experience with account reconciliation, including matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data validation
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, legal teams, or other business stakeholders is highly valued
- Strong organizational, workflow management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, accountable, and self-motivated, with the ability to identify improvements and adapt to changing priorities
Your Daily Tasks
Invoice Processing & Payment Support
- Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time
Vendor Management
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and support positive working relationships
Accounts Payable Operations
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities
- Prepare basic reports related to accounts payable operations
- Support the posting of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Compliance & Documentation
- Provide required documentation during audits
- Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and financial guidelines
