Role Description

This is a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist role based in Manila, with a hybrid work arrangement. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage daily financial operations, including processing expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records, recording journal entries, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The role also involves reviewing and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and hands-on experience with handling Accounts Payable systems
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
• Foundational knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with Journal Entries and maintaining accurate financial records
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred
