Tasks/Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Thailand-specific claim validation and issue resolution.
• Experience in Thailand stakeholder coordination, governance, and escalation management.
• Provide coordination and operational support for audits, UAT, projects, and L1 support activities.
• Support process changes, implementation activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth execution.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
