Job Description

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Work Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City

Work Setup: Onsite

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
  • Able to handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of record-keeping, filing, and financial documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City

Job Description

  • Process and record vendor invoices and payments accurately
  • Verify payment requests, supporting documents, and approvals
  • Maintain organized accounts payable records and reports
  • Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries
  • Support the finance team in preparing reports and summaries for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform other finance or administrative tasks as assigned
