Accounts Payable Specialist (Avid & MRI)

Our client is looking for an Avid & MRI Data Entry Specialist who can bring order, accuracy, and consistency to high-volume property management accounting operations.

What You'll Do

You'll help ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple systems and channels by:

• Entering and processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices in Avid and MRI
• Managing invoice intake from email, vendor portals, and direct vendor submissions
• Uploading, coding, and organizing invoices while following internal procedures
• Supporting invoice migration and data transfers between systems
• Reviewing invoices for missing information, discrepancies, or errors
• Maintaining accurate digital records and supporting documentation
• Working closely with internal teams and vendors to keep processing on track

What You Bring

• Experience in property management, accounting, or administrative support
• Hands-on experience with Avid (required)
• Experience using MRI software (preferred)
• Strong background in accounts payable data entry
• Experience handling invoices from multiple intake channels
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional English communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume processing environments
